About Tones

Crystal singing bowls come in different sizes and tones. They can be divided into 12 different tones according to pitch: C C# D D# E F F# G G# A A# B. When purchasing a single crystal bowl, you need to specify the tone. (If the tone is not specified, it will be shipped randomly!)

- About 432Hz

432Hz is a gentle, warm, and comfortable frequency. Your body will feel relaxed; it is like the frequency of water, the frequency of the universe, and the frequency of nature—all are 432Hz.

- About 440Hz and 432Hz

432Hz and 440Hz are based on the A note. When A4 = 432Hz, the frequencies of the 7-note bells are as follows:
